Logomark® Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Orders

• All orders are accepted subject to our standard delivery terms. If for any reason Logomark Asia cannot meet the required delivery, a Logomark Asia representative will contact you.
• All orders are subject to credit approval.
• Logomark Asia will accept no changes to the order unless done so by fax or email and confirmed by Logomark Asia
• Quotations issued by Logomark Asia are for price and delivery only and do not guarantee automatic acceptance of order. All orders will be subject to Logomark Asia's credit terms and acceptance. A pre-payment may be required depending on size and amount of the order.

Production

• The standard production time is approximately 35-45 days up to catalog end quantity and begins after artwork and credit are approved. Larger orders may require additional production time. Additional time may be required if credit is not established or in good standing. Should there be any unforeseen problems to meet your required delivery date on receipt of your order, a Logomark representative will notify you.
• Additional time is required for all proofs.
• Any changes to an order once production has been started will incur charges for work done up to that point.
• No cancellations will be accepted unless sent by fax or email and confirmed by Logomark Asia in writing.

Copyright Notice

All the copy or material submitted by the customer for the use in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such copy of other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any laws, and Logomark Asia hereby disclaims any liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer's copy or material. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless to any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of the factory's use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement.

Catalog and Web Photography

The artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of decorated products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark. Products shown online or on printed material may vary slightly from actual products due to inherent limitations in photography, film separations and printing.

Use of Trademarks

Logos shown on products on our web site appear only to illustrate the products we offer and the variety of ways in which they can be decorated. The use of logos that are trademarks or copyrighted work of other companies are never intended to suggest that Logomarkasia.com.cn owns the rights to those trademarks, or that Logomarkasia.com.cn would make those products featuring the trademarked logos of others available to any purchaser without the permission of the owners of the trademarked or copyrighted art or copy. By submitting any order to us you grant us permission to display and exhibit products containing your trademark or copyrighted material on our web site, in our catalog, in our offices, and in the usual course of business and to distribute the same or similar goods as samples of products available. We agree not to sell or offer for sale any products with your trademarks or copyrighted material without your prior consent.

Additionally, the contents of the Logomarkasia.com.cn website, including, but not limited to, the arrangement and assembly, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, are copyrighted materials owned by Logomarkasia.com.cn. You may use our web site and its contents as a shopping resource for non-commercial use only.
